Laptop holder

All this while I have been visiting computer shops and computer accessories shops looking for a floor sitting laptop holder.Beside the cost,the designs available off the shelf does not meet my expectations.Thus it prompt me to create my own.

I got this hardware which is a microscope holder from the junkshop.I bought it for RM35.And I just attached a fan cooler which also act as a base.The beautiful part is the fan happened to slot in nicely into the round hole which hold the microscope.

The vertical bar and the horizontal bar are adjustable to accommodate the height and distant for the comfort of the user.

Its still under evaluation and I think I am going to like it with some minor modification.

Prior to this,my research online gave me some ideas of what I should have if not at least close to it and below is what I got.However its this design that I will use to benchmark my phototype.

Speed Test on Toyota Ipsum 240s

This evening my friend invite me to Taiping for supper in his newly purchase MPV, year 2001 Toyota Ipsum 240s.I was given the passenger seat this video was captured using my Treo 650. The distance between my place to Taiping is about 76 km. The traffic was slightly heavy and the journey was about 35 minutes. The return trip was shorter because of less traffic and he did it in 25 minutes.Average speed he doing is about 160km/hr. One word to discribe the performance of this vehicle............its awesome.
